Horrible experience. I ordered a sandwich online with immediate delivery. One hour later I called and they they said they had no record of the order. I gave them the reference number when I completed the order still they could not find it. When I gave my name they said oh it is sitting right here we mis-marked it for pickup. So my sandwich sat on the counter for 1 hour with my telephone number on the reciept. and no call. They finally delivered it and asked for payment even though I had already charged the order to my credit card. The delivery boy was extrremely rude and said "cash only". I said that I did not have cash and ahad already paid for it. He packed up my sandwich etc away and I told him I would be calling the Manager he antagonistically encouraged me. Upon leaving the building to buy lunch he came back and said " just take your sandwich" I said no thanks he said well you already paid for it on your credit card. Then he said "sorry but it is really not my fault if you would have just called the store directly there wouldn't be a problem the online orders get screwed up all the time. I then go to eat my sandwich and it is the wrong sandwich! I sent this to the website a week ago with no response. After looking on the receipt I also notice the reference number the one the guy said was not helpful. Here's to Subway , Quiznos and ANYBODY BUT Jimmy Johns for 2012!
