        In the past year, Inverness has gone through some major changes:Ownership change, new staff, change in procedure, property updates -both interior and exterior, and most of all a reputation change. There were a lot of bad things being said about the community because of the old ownership and their management. We have cleaned up the mess and made a lot of changes! Custom paint, new carpet, vinyl and wood plank flooring are just a few of the changes! We invite you to visit and see the changes that we have made!

        I am currently leased there. I have lived here for almost 4 years now. To be quite honest, I HATE IT!!!! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and ever heard of. The staff members are "ghetto" and so is the neighborhood. They carry mice and they will not do any work, i can seriously tell you much much more. They are JUST about getting rent from you THAT IS SERIOUSLY ALL .

        OFFICE IS VERY FRIENDLY. MAINTENANCE IS OK. PRICES ARE DECENT. IF I HAVE TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT, I WOULD LIVE RIGHT HERE.

        Office staff is great! Maintenance is decent compared to most complexes that i have lived at. The two bedroom apartment has a bathroom that you have to have. Neighbors are friendly and will welcome you. You need to live here, its affordable and great for your money.
