They just came and shut off power at my house. My wife asked if the guy shut off our power and he told her... "Maybe you should try paying your bill sometime." My 7 year old kid is at home sick and I am really pissed off at them. We figured out after calling the bank and IPL that they made a mistake and on their end and had the wrong account number. Did they try to contact us to say they would shut off the power? No. Have we ever been late on a payment ever? No. They told my wife that they would TRY to have someone out by the end of the day. I hope I am home when he gets there and it is the same guy because I am going to mess his $h!t up. I would not recommend IPL to anyone. And if someone from IPL is reading this... it is called customer service... have you ever heard of it? If you make a mistake you fix it... especially when it is cold and you cut off someone's power who didn't deserve it! GET YOUR @$$ OUT TO MY HOUSE NOW AND HOOK UP MY POWER... NOT LATER TODAY... MF-ING RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!
