if you are a sissy dont go!

they get the job done and they do it very quickly ... yes it is sometimes painful but you are at the dentist!!!! not getting a massage!!! if you don't have insurance and need immediate attention with your teeth i would recommend this place! the dentist are indeed dentist that are doing charity work ( filing in hours at clinic) as far as the other ppl in the clinic ( receptionist and nurses) are very nice and respectful! come on ppl if you want to be worked on with a GOLD drill then get insurance and go somewhere else! stop complaining! or get over it!

Unethical Practices and Lacking Quality Patient Care

I had an opportunity to visit this dental office while accompanying my mother. She had her remaining teeth extracted and replaced by full upper and lower dentures. The dentist performing the extractions was neither gentle nor kind. The dentist that took her impressions for dentures was rude and very disrespectful. She was charged $75 for a bone recontouring procedure that did not take place; which is both fraudulent and unethical. Further, when her dentures were delivered, she was unable to occlude fully, leaving her with an open bite; the midline for the lower dentures was shifted towards the right side of her mouth. The office did in fact refund her the $75 for the procedure that was not performed, as well as, remake the lower denture. However, it was not a easy task. The dentist became quite combative. After confronting these issues, the dentist became even more rude-if that's possible-banning me from entering the treatment room with my mother. All she wanted was kindness and quality service. I fear that many patients are being treated with the same disrespect and are being charged for procedures that did not take place. Patients truly need to consider using other dental services. If not, be prepared to be treated rudely and with the same lack of concern.
