From the second we met the valet, we knew that costomer service was important to them.
We were impressed when we tried to take the stairs down to breakfast and staff on the second floor heard us talking in the stairwell and let us out. The stairway way for exit only and would have required us to exit in the alley, if they hadn't heard us. (We thought this might be the case so one of us held the 3rd floor door open until we could open the 2nd floor door, but the staff opened it before we got there.)
