Manager needs additional training on how to deal with customers who are yelling obscenities to the manager. This "shopper" was walking through out the store making other shoppers uncomfortable. I had, had enough of listening to this woman and told her to stop and shut-up or I was going to take her out like she was threatening to do to the manager. This manager was putting patrons, her team members and herself at harm. It is not uncommon in our society today of hearing someone threatening someone and then attacking individuals. she has worked for Goodwill Industries for years. I believe that the Manager at 6775 S. Emerson Store needs additional training. Before I said anything to this woman who was causing this commotion that went on for more than 20 minutes the Manager did nothing to ask her to leave the store or call 911. It was only when I had the guts to tell the woman to stop and shut her mouth or I was going to take her out like the way she was threatening the manager, then and only then, did the Manager do ANYTHING, she asked us to leave which I did and so did several other patrons, who thanked me for saying something, that she decided and announced that she was going to call the police. It took several minutes after I left that this woman, her 2 small children and a male with her left the store. I patronize MANY stores within Marion, Hendricks and Johnson counties not to mention, I use the Goodwill website. Give the manager additional training or replace her with someone who is going to manage the store and insure the safety of patrons, team members and the managerial staff.
