DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! i contracted Gold Seal about a month ago to rid my home of a bed bug issue i was having. First off, the communication sucks! I had been emailing and calling to set up an appointment and took them forever to reply. When they finally did reply they gave me several dates but never confirmed the appointment so i was unsure if they were coming or not. They were late and left all thier garbage on my balcony. They charged me $1000 and i still get bites at night. I have emailed to complain that they're services have not been completed since i still have the issue. This was about 2 weeks ago and i have yet to hear back. This is a company that supposedly prides themselves on good customer service...YEA RIGHT! Im out a lot of money and still have the bed bugs....THEY'RE A RIP OFF!

We hired Gold Seal to remove raccoons…
We hired Gold Seal to remove raccoons from our attic and correct the extensive damage the raccoons caused. They were very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends.

GOLD SEAL, an 80 year old family owned and operated business as well as a multi-year Angie's List Super Service Award Winner, we have a reputation of offering superior customer service at "middle of the road" prices. From your comment, it appears that although we did get results, you were unhappy with our charge. I can only assume that you called other companies to get estimates and that you chose GOLD SEAL based on our reputation as well as our price. I am sorry that you did not feel that you received "fair value" for the service received. If you would have contacted us, I'm sure we could have made you happy. If a customer is not happy with our performance or pricing, I would suggest that you contact us and speak directly with the Manager or myself, Elia Levin,Owner.
