This Company sent me a bill for a time I was covered by state insurance 4 years after the service. I have attempted to call them about it and all I can ever reach is an answering machine. I leave a message and sometimes they call me back sometimes they do not. They send me a bill about every 3 months and have now sent me a letter that they are going to take further notice. The state insurance said they only had 1 year to correct their billing mistake and now it is too late and so I am being harrassed. I contacted my physicians office about the matter and they said they have gotten multiple complaints about this company billing people for bills up to 10 years old. They tried to call them for me but of course could not get a hold of them. Does anybody know how to stop harrassment from these people?
