Sold me some glasses and the frame is no good . name brand fakes. I have had to glue the frame 5 times.

I am a former customer of this venue...have purchased a few pair of frames and glasses from them. I was shocked at the treatment I received recently from Dr. Anderson as a result of having to return a pair of glasses I could not see well out of. (On the 30th day of which you are guaranteed to get your money back if you are not satisfied) I explained to the assistant I still wanted to do business with them but was told Dr. Anderson would only give me a credit. He would not allow me to get new lens. He was very unprofessional when I walked in...greeted other customers but ignored me. I called to speak to him afterwards and was told he would call me back. I still have not gotten a call. Very unpleasant experience.

this place is so amazing the customer service it's on. The Isaac exam is on. And they are very friendly oh my god I give this like 5 stars yeah keep doing yall I hope you have to help in forever like good service Keep up the Good Work Kudo!!��������������������������������

I am quite disappointed with the service i received with this office. I received my contacts, which didnt focus well at all. I returned to the office to inform the Dr. of my issue, and he just brushed me off saying it was my age and that I needed to buy some cheep reading glasses to wear along with my contacts. I tried on some reading glasses and it made my vision worse. I returned to an eyeglass office, which I had to pay out of pocket to receive service from someone that listened to my issues if I had any and made sure I left their office as a satisfied customer, which I did not receive at Eye Works.
