THEY DID ME SO WRONG!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!!!! TERRIBLE COLOR SELECTION!!!



My friend and I came together. This was only my second time going. The first time I went I wasn't acknowledged for about 5 mins!!!!! But I came back because I liked how my nails were done before and I wanted the same tech to do them again. We wrote our names down, and a young lady at the front asked what id like done. I told her I needed a fill-in done by "Nia" and I'd like my eye brows arched. She said no one could do my eyebrows. I said ok then sat and waited next to my friend while she got her nails done. Once my friends was done , a nail tech asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow. I said no, and told them I've been waiting for 45mins and that my name was on the list. The nail tech I said I wanted then said that they didn't know I was waiting on them, and said that he was on his way home. I then asked if anyone could do my nails and everyone said no. They all thought I was "with my friend and was waiting for her to get done" I was so upset!!! Not only did they not tell me that they were closing soon (no posted store hours) but the young lady at the front that asked what I wanted pretended like we never had that conversation!!! I felt like I was in the twilight zone!!! I couldn't believe they would run a business like that!!! I was so upset!!! There is nothing worse than wasted time!!! Because you can never get it back!!
