The company tested my hearing and explaind that had some loss in both ears, and that hearing aids would be of benefit,so I purchsed them ,but saw little improvement but continued to work with on tweeking the hearing aids, after 2 month of this tweeking , I said that I was not satisfied and wanted to return them-they said I could not do this as time had expired for returning them-they had not explained to me a time limit for returns as I would have done so, I thought by giving them the opportunity to tweek them and not to my satisfaction I would be able to return them $4000 is a lot of money to spend for little satisfaction. I feel that I have been taken. Be warned!!

Scammers. They seem to be part of Community Hospital but they are not. My huband bought hearing aids from them for $6000 and they never worked. Instead of trying to fix it they wanted him to buy new ones 2 years later. Buyer Bewqare.
