is what I was told after having left 3 messages last week and I walked in on Friday to the Dental Dept. to find a young lady just sitting there chatting with patients. I asked for an appointment and She REFUSED to make one stating,"Appointments are only made on Monday and that's the only day I answer the phone". Well OK I left called Monday NO ANSWER, left a message, no call back. So I called the main number and choose the Executive Assistants extention, and complaned. She was appalled at how I had been treated. She was taking my complaint to her boss and would call me back. My treatment last year was very pleasant and everyone was just as sweet as could be. But this sour apple isn't going to cut the mustard with me, it's to bad that one person can ruin everyones day. They are a service provider and they are there to serve and I'm not going to take that kind of treatment from a staff member.. I know that this is not the kind of impression that they want to leave on the public. Everyone there in 2009 were super people and would go the extra mile for the patient and I feel that this young lady just don't have what it takes to run a office or be a secertary. Needs more training or a different job. I trust the executive assistant will get this taken care of. If you don't file a complant they don't know there's a problem. This is the first problem I've had after one year experience with them.
