  My family was very disappointed with the…

  My family was very disappointed with the service of this place as we feel we were not listened too. Phone calls were not answered, in fact I left a message over a week ago which I'm still awaiting a call back on. Appointments were not available for months at a time and side effects of medications were not taken seriously. Our insurance was not accepted so all payments had to be made in full and out-of-pocket. I now regret that we did not return to Riley Childrens Hospital. Dealing with downtown traffic would have been worth the better service and caring attitude.
