        I agree with previous review that I went in to get my oil changed and that's what they did. they topped off fluid levels and checked air pressure but appt of competitors will vaccuum. not the case here. customer service was adequate....wasn't overly nice.but to the point and not really rude. I did like the fact that the waiting room easily looks into the shop as the guy does your work and the others stand around and wait for the next vehicle. not a long wait to.get in on Thursday morning.

        Not customer oriented

        I went to get an estimate on a cat back exhaust. The manager asked me every detail about the vehicle (and I was able to provide all the appropriate answers) Then he told me it was too confusing and I'd have to just bring the car in, but not today because they are too busy. Didn't bother even suggesting when, obviously didn't need/want my business. I'll find another place.

        Even with $10 off coupon the service was fair ... okay, but not good. Didn't vacuum as part of oil change service as many of their competitors do; wasn't able to reset my maintenance light as their competitors have been able to do. When I asked about having my maintenance light reset they welcomed me to look at my owners manual to learn how to do it myself. Probably won't go back; wasn't very impressed.
