Hi, if you're reading this, absolutely don't use Camp Bow Wow. We used them a few weeks ago for overnight boarding for the weekend. Fortunately, we downloaded the Doggy Cam app so we could watch our dog play while we're away. Much to our dismay, we barely saw our dog playing. Like, we saw her once, maybe twice per day. For hours on end, their play areas were empty.
When we flew back home and picked her up, we asked the 2 girls on staff why we never saw our dog (or any dog) in the play areas. They hesitated and looked away - a sure sign that this question made them uncomfortable. She explained that "the weekend schedule is different" and dogs only "had playtime during mealtimes". So, if you're ok dropping your dog off so she or her can sit in a cage for 2 straight days, this is the place for you. If you actually want your dog to play and be happy while you're away, I suggest choosing one of the many other overnight boarding camps.
I should say, our dog hasn't been the same since. She's now very skittish around other groups of dogs. It breaks my heart that she's not the same and my only recourse is to ensure that no one uses Camp Bow Wow ever again.
Very nice service, always available especially that I often call with my last minute reservations. Dogs are very happy and tired after. One of them Xavier, is very high maintenance and does not like to go to day cares, but he seems happy to go to Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for taking care of my boys!

All we have to do is ask Sammie if he wants to go to Camp Bow Wow and he gets so excited! I love that I can watch him playing using my phone or computer on the camper cams! Love the indoor and outdoor play yards and to know that unlike other open play facilities, they staff so that there is not two people watching 100 dogs which makes me feel more at ease.
I am also impressed that the staff, including the owner Beth and manager Radonna know him by name and are always happy to see him.
We have boarded Sammie as well as day camp and have had no doubts that he is being well cared for and it is great to see Sammie crashed on his bed as soon as he walks into the house because he has had so much fun!!!

Knowing full well what I had planned on writing I figured I'd take a look at some of the other reviews just in case I turned out to be a total geek. Guess what...my review is exactly like everyone elses. Camp Bow Wow RULES. Just like everyone elses, my dog gets really excited when he knows he going to camp....and he DOES KNOW...right? As soon as I turn down the street he sits up in the back seat and starts getting excited. It is really fun to watch. As soon as I open the back door he practically pulls me into the font door where HE is greeted by name. I think they greet me by name as well but I'm not sure...but they definitely know HIM. Seems like the other dogs sense that he has arrived as they all start barking and howling and he's like...see ya pop...gotta go... as he leaves me without even turning around to look. What happened to man's best friend lol? Anyway, I enjoy watching him on the dog cam and it's nice to see him really having a good time. The people at Camp Bow Wow really do take great care of the ""friends"" entrusted to them and I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks

My dog loves Camp Bow Wow! He goes to day care every week and he stays there when we go out of town. He gets so excited when he knows that is where we're going. He can't wait to get there. And when he comes home he is TIRED! We love that. He's so well behaved after he has played all day. We love Camp Bow Wow!

We have taken our dog to Camp Bow Wow once in 2008 and a few times in 2007. Our dog has had multiple surgeries for knee problems, so we are extremely careful with him around other dogs. We expressed out concern about this from the start and CBW was very accommodating for him. They kept him with the less obnoxious dogs to protect his joints. We love the video feed so we can monitor our dog's behaviour and interaction throughout the day.
I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Indy to take your dog to daycare and also if they need to stay overnight. They really care about my dog and know her by name. She always knows where we are when we pull up to the building she starts to wag her tail immediately! I even got a free day of daycare her first day!
