Big Red Liquors

For the six years I have lived in Indianapolis I have shopped at UPL on 10th and linguist and was always greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. This last year not so much. Customer service has hit rock bottom as of 4:30 P.M. on Friday, January 23. The young man behind the counter was obviously annoyed he had to wait on customers. ( This was not a first for him or other employees while I have been there.) He damn near lost his cool all together when asked about a specific product. Turns out he does not drink. He also attempted to tell me and my wife ( who he was exceptionally snotty towards.) that 1 they no longer accepted visa, 2 then the machine was down. 3 you could not use a debit card as credit. Finally excepting it as payment. Good bye UPL all of chain has hit rock bottom like ice clinking off the bottom of a rocks glass. Bad management spawns bad employees.
