The consideration of the shop is…
The consideration of the shop is excellent. It's a very late Friday night and after shopping around with 6 kids all day for easter, we were famished. Imagine my suprise to learn no one accepts ck's anymore! Our card was stolen and we are awaiting another, so all we had was cks..... Every where I called, I was turned away, and even at first the shop said no, but after listening to my story and a few legit questions answered, they accepted my ck and now my kids are so happy and fed, they went to bed!! Thank you so much Big Kahuna's for ending our day splinded and well fed.

Very rude!

I would not order from these people. We were in town for an event and placed an order. These people are very rude! The management was out of line when we called to inquire about our order. He accused my husband of being drunk and asked him if he was sure he gave them the right hotel. We are sober, offended and will starve before calling them again. Call Aunt Pollys instead!

All of the reviews listed here make it clear; its hard to know what to expect from Big Kahuna Pizza in 46227. I'd be interested to know whether any of the good reviews were submitted by current or former employees. Based on my final order from this place, I gave them a very poor rating & will be taking my business elsewhere. My delivery order was very simple: a large pizza with every topping except onions & jalapeños. What I received did not have 6 of the toppings listed on their menu, & it had onions!! I called & talked to the manager, & told him I did not receive what I ordered. He tried hard to convince me to just accept it. I even offered to bring the pizza to his shop to get a refund if he couldn't get me what I wanted & what I ordered. He said, ""we don't do that here."" (No refunds for delivering the wrong order??) The quality of this pizza is certainly not the best & if I'm in the mood for an average pizza, I will call another average pizza place that will at least ensure I'm satisfied with my order. There are far too many other pizza shops in the same area that are committed to their customers' satisfaction!

Rude and Pricey!!

I went in ordered at pizza at the store, also breadsticks with cheese and a 6 can of soda. I left and asked for the things to be delivered. It took quite awhile once I got the food it was cold and not what I ordered, pizza was wrong and they sent me mozzarella cheesesticks not breadsticks, and 5 cans of soda. I called and asked hey what can I do? I'll bring back this order, obviously it's not what I ordered and we can just reorder my pizza and breadsticks. I ended up paying $40 dollars and the manager refused to give me the correct pizza and breadsticks instead he sent a small pizza how I wanted when I had ordered a large, and he didn;t replace the breadsticks, nor the other coke. I couldn't believe it considering when I walked in I spoke with him and said"" hey it's my first time here what do you recommend"" you would figure knowing a customer is trying your resturant for the first time you'd get the order right or atleast correct it. I would not recommend for that reason. But, I am very sad I had such a horrible time with the manager because the pizza is one if the best I have ever had!!!

Stay away no matter what

I waited 1 hour and 20 min. for a medium pizza and bread sticks when I only live 4 min. away. When the food arrived it was extremely under cooked, and would be considered anything other than warm. It looked as if it was made earlier that morning and sat out all day. I have never had food or service that was bad enough for me to feel like I needed to write a review, however I would like to strongly advise against ever ordering from Big Kahuna's. By far the worst all around dining experience ever!

I am a college student and also don't know why such a bad review. i love the restaurant and feel that their food is great. the sandwiches are wonderful and the pizza is even better. they even deliver 2 liters right to your door. As a college student with no car its hard to get around sometime. Big Kahuna's makes being a well fed college student a possibility. I have no complaints.

I'm not sure why the bad review, maybe they had the wrong restaurant or just a bad day, but I've been ordering from Kahuna's for several years. We are moving and I just wanted the phone # when I found this page. Great pizza's, fresh salads, wonderful sandwiches and the breadstix are yummy!!! Sometimes they forget my extra cheese, but I have no complaints about the food.

HORRIBLE FOOD!

I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! I ordered food and when it arrived, not only was it tossed around and messed up, the food was HORRIBLE! It was not fully cooked and when I called to express my concerns, the ""owner"" Tom became rude with me. He told me ""oh well"" and did not want to even replace the order nor refund my money. I would have been happy with either choice. When I informed him that I was contacting my credit card company and filing a charge back, he said he bets me 100.00 I will loose and how he has been in business for over 23 years! Well, under-cooked food and rudeness are unacceptable! I will be posting my reviews on EVERY site I find! Craigslist, ripoffreport, etc. I am also calling the board of health to file a complaint about uncooked food.
