I'm from illinois and brought a show to indy, a bully show and i reached out over the internet to look for pipes and drapes. So we email this Sandy lady and she was to agressive in tryin to get our business.we ask her if she had any floor plans already on the fairgrounds buildings and she emailed them to us ,us not knowing could have gotten them of the fairgrounds sight like we did.... we dicided to go with another company and this so called lady snapped and started threating us with we will be charged $300 for all the work she did for us ,we never signed a contract or anything and she went as far as tryin to put us in the credit collections ,my opinon really a pyscho lady really spooked me and still does ,my final a say if you are doing an event with her or that company make sure u sign something cause they'll try to rip u off. And Sandy please grow up and stop trying to rip people off cause u don't get the job ,our freedom of choice does exist and because we don't choose u don't mean owe. \r \r Big Ed

Never again!

I ordered tables and chairs from Sam's, but was afraid they would not be delivered in time for the wedding so I turned to Best Rentals. I am thankful that Sam's has such fast delivery, because the junk I got from ""Best"" Rentals was terrible. I ordered 8 ivory tablecloths, 50 wedding white folding chairs and 4 - 36"" tables. They delivered before the pre-arranged time; it was just luck that someone was home. They delivered 7 ivory tablecloths and 1 white; 50 filthy chairs complete with greasy handprints and 4 - 48"" tables - the crappiest tables I've ever seen (I thought). They returned and exchanged the tables for 36"" tables which were even worse than the 48"". We couldn't use them, they were so bad. They wiped down the chairs, but we had to wash them. They exchanged the tablecloth. At no time did anyone mention a pick-up time to come get the items. This ""service"" cost an extra $60 PLUS they added a damage waiver. There was NO WAY anyone could damage the items more than they were already damaged. I can't say enough bad things about this company. I give it 1 star because the system won't let me give 0 stars.

Best Times With Best Rentals

I called Best Rental after seeing their commercial on TV. After talking to them on the phone for some time I knew I called the right place!! Best Rentals gave me ideas for my wedding that I would have never thought of. There experience and friendliness is 2nd to none!

We Have Used Best Rentals now for 2 years and could not imagine going anywhere else. We switched to Best Rentals After using Party Time Rentals for an birthday party and being treated horrible! Best Rentals Went the extra Mile to make sure we were taken care of! Recommending things we did not think of along with suggesting us not to rent things they did not think was needed.\r Best Rentals is a one Stop shop and have the What I found to be the BEST prices in town!!!\r

WOW!!!!!

Best Rentals helped to make my wedding an amazing day. The sales staff was helpful and informative every step of the way. There was a small problem with the equipment upon delivery but the delivery staff took care of it immediately.

Great prices and good people!

I used Best Rentals for my son's Graduation party last year (2008). They were super-friendly, inexpensive (I got 2 other quotes and Best Rentals was less expensive than both), and the set up guys were awesome. We got the big tent, tables, chairs, linen, a PA system that we used with my son's IPOD. My favorite things were the Sumo game and the Adult sized tricycles. Where do you find those??? We were going to use the games during the day only, but they were too much fun for that. The kids literally stayed up all night playing with that stuff. I don't usually put reviews on companies, but Best Rentals really deserves a good word. Thanks Best R! I highly recommend them.

I helped my best friend with her wedding plans. This store was the easiest part of a difficult 6 months! They had everything we needed for rehearsal dinner, ceremony & the reception. We had a budget of $6k and surprisingly.....we were under budget without cutting out the extras we really wanted. Best Rentals was especially good with service, both in-store, and while the items were delivered to the three locations. Our tent was put up very nicely and looked great. Thanks Best Rentals! I'll gladly recommend your services to anyone looking for party rental equipment/service.

My wedding went great!

My husband suggested Best Rentals because they take care of their large company picnic every year. I didn't know they had so much stuff! I used them for my ceremony equipment and for my reception under a HUGE tent. The experience was positive. They delivered early and gave us plenty of time to clean up before they came back to get their stuff. I definately recommend them!
