DON'T take your animals here. This place left over 36 animals unattended for over 24 hours. Dogs were not feed, water, provided medicine, or let out. Cops and animal control were both called. Dogs were picked up with feces and urine on them. This is place needs shut down.

My doggie is just now a year old. After checking my options around the Indy area, I was treated with respect and kindness by the employee who first set me up. After speaking to her, I next went for a tour. They were not aware I was coming, they did not hesitate to give me a tour. The reason? The place was immaculate for an animal boarder. There was no smell, I don't know how they do it and I don't know why they don't share their secret with vet offices. Anyway, I know the pups are never left alone when they're at day camp. There were two employees, with them the entire time I was there, to constantly monitor them. My dog was bathed before I picked her up and I was too early on Sun afternoon and she was still with the groomer. I was watching them from afar and he treated my dog with kindness and gentleness and petted her occassionally. I love this place and she will continue to go there, however, I have to be honest, it is expensive, but I have absolutely no worries when I leave her there and that speaks volumes! For the money, she is getting the upmost care!

Best kennel around..

As a petowner of 4, and a frequent customer of this kennel, i would like to respond to the previous cockamamy review. Boarding at a kennel is just like staying at a hotel. They have check out times that you must follow- and i always get my dogs a bath on the last day- in which case they wave the check out time. If you had taken some time to look over your options, you probably would have figured that out as it is written down. My 3 dogs go to doggy day camp here, where they love to play with their friends. It always smells clean, and dog free (i don't know how they do it!). They also board 2 or 3 times a year when we go on vacation. They are always happy to go back into the actual kennel, and happy to come home. I trust that they are well cared for- which is the most important thing to me when i am boarding my babies. My cat also stays here- and she has a ton of room in her 4 level cage. I highly recommend this kennel to anyone who may need boarding or doggy daycare, etc.

Hidden Charges

This place has hidden charges. We paid $72 to board our dog for only one night. We were told that each day is $28. What they didn't tell us is that they really mean each day. We dropped him off Saturday at noon and picked him up on Sunday at 4 (During their pick up time) and were charged for both Saturday AND Sunday. Plus there is a "Happy Dog Charge" and we still don't know what it is. We are working with the BBB to get this resolved.

Hidden Costs

We paid $72 dollars for our dog to spend 28 hours here. They say that it's $28 dollars a day to board your pet. What they don't tell you is that they consider the day you drop them off (no matter what time) and when you pick them up (based on their pick up times) as two separate days. We were shocked when we realized the bill was so much, but what can you do? You have to get your dog. We are in the process of working with the BBB.
