Best vet service I've ever experienced. From the person who answers the phone, vet techs, vets, all are true animal lovers and great at what they do. They helped my dog through a difficult surgery and recovery, despite her fear aggression. My cat is on the mend, due to their tireless efforts. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not bad but getting worse.

When I first started going here, they were great. Friendly, attentive.

Now, they have some new vets (who are nice) but it almost seems like a regular doctor's office where you get your five minutes and then they are gone. The staff is still very friendly and my dogs do not have a problem with any of them. However... I called to find out the results of the bloodwork and three days of phone tag and finally another vet called and left a message on the results! Now, I called a week ago to renew the medication for one dog and was told they would call me back by the end of the day. I called and left a message a couple times now, but I am still waiting to find out if the medication has been renewed. My dog has run out and I am about ready to find another vet.

I give it three stars because they were decent and staff is nice, I trust them to take care of my dogs, but their vet's customer service seems a bit lacking of late.

Spaying my chihuahua

I took my chihuahua to Animal Medical Center and they did a wonderful job. The next day she was up and moving around playing as usual. You can not even tell she was cut on the scars are none noticable. The ladys were very helpful and answered my many of questions i had. I called atleast 4 times checking on her and they were nice and didnt bother them at all well didnt sound like it atleast.

My dog almost died

Took my dog in for dental cleaning. She was given too much anesthesia and she slept for 5 hours after the procedure. They could not wake her, and did not tell me because they ""didn't want to worry"" me.

I advised staff next day that her gum had been nicked, and was red and swollen. The vet said not to worry and it would go away on its own. I did not know at the time, that animals should be given a course of antibiotics after a dental cleaning. My dog was not given anything and her gums became infected, and it spread through her mouth.

I took her to another, more caring, vet, but by then the infection had caused my dog to lose seven (7) of her teeth.

Because of the problems she endured at this place, my sweet little dog does not have all of her teeth, and cannot eat any type of hard food, like kibble. Despite the daily tooth-brushings, all of her teeth are loose in her gums. It would only have cost a few dollars for the antibiotics she needed but was not given. I would have gladly paid the money to ensure her continued good dental health, but now I am left with a dog who is permanently injured...not to mention the hundreds of dollars it took to make her well again.

I would never take another animal of mine to this place.
