All My Sons Moving And Storage

Movers damaged my walls. Multiple walls, multiple holes, multiple scrapes....need new drywall. The company has not responded to my emails or my FB message. I will not be paying for the damage that was done by this company...they will!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! In addition to damaging our walls, we believe the movers stole items from our garage as they were moving my mother out of our house. Five people can verify items that were in our garage the day before the movers came and after the movers left those items were gone and are still gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ALL MY SONS FOR ANY OF YOUR MOVING NEEDS!!!

They were worst movers we have ever used and i have moved a lot. They were unprofessional, charged more than what their estimator quoted (Added a 12% tax to our charge), and also damaged a lot of our furniture and walls. We are in the process of filing for reimbursment from them. In spite of all our boxes being packed and labeled as to which floor they needed to go they dumped all of it in our garage. I will not recommend them to anyone.

My recent move went smooth with them. I took my time packing and was ready to go the morning they got there. I thought they were careful and efficient, fast too! They got everything over to the new place and all the boxes and furniture to the correct rooms. I could not have imagined an easier experience.

All my sons did a great job with our recent move. I hate moving but I would definitely use them again in the future, they did a great job. Everything arrived on time it was distributed to the right room quickly and efficiently. These guys are definitely fast and have done this a time or two before, thanks again.

Customer service was very polite and professional with the estimate and setting up the move. The movers arrived on time and were very friendly!! They were fast and efficient and very mannerly!! Dustin, Martin and DeJay made this move the best one that I have experienced based on time, safe handling of household goods and friendly personalities!!! I would highly recommend this crew to do your move...and the price was very reasonable. They ended up having to make 2 trips to new home but they were very flexible and quick about accomplishing this. Great Job!!!

MOVING COMPANY INDIANAPOLIS = DO NOT USE... By far the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with. I used them because they popped up near the top of Google... what a mistake. After realizing how bad they were, I typed in "Complaints for All My Sons Moving" on google and found numerous others in the same situation. As a business owner myself, i understand the possibilities of one employee spoiling the bunch. This is not the case for this company. I believe the owner, CHRIS is a huge reason for my complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... please do more research before making a purchase decision.

They are a rip off, they wanted to charge me 900.00 bucks to move me across the street.. run..

I made the mistake of judging this company based on online reviews that must refer to another franchise. This company is terrible. If you google them you will see numerous complaints and I have never felt eager to add myself into the online fray until the ridiculousness of this move.



I moved with them from Indy to Boston and suffered damages, tremendous stress, huge overpayments, and the loss of many possessions. They insisted they had to deliver early (though I would be out of town and the apartment under construction): they had only ONE driver who did long hauls and could drive in cities (what?) If they didn't do the drop off that day they couldn't say when it would happen. Guess what? That ONE guy - the reason we did the move a week early - didn't show! He sent his cousin to do his job for him. He arrived late and locked his keys in the cab and spent until 1:30 or 2 PM trying break into his truck with a coat hanger. We were missing boxes and furniture, including a piece that was on the van but the driver claimed he didn't have. They lacked the manpower to get it up the stairs and left it on the street. They overcharged my brother beyond the Not To Exceed contract number and did not live up to their agreement to put together furniture.



We have spent a month trying to get this straightened out with them. Such a pain!

Crew is not conditioned for even the smallest move. Bickering among employees, too many breaks. Belongings were roughed/ torn up. Walls damaged along with stairwells. Tree limb snapped off from truck. Empolyee smoking in my bathroom. Did I mention out of shape?
