DO NOT USE WARNING!!!!!!!

i had to give one star because it wouldnt allow me to do none. they arent even worth half of a star

please dont let the same thing happen to you that happen to us. i used this company on newyears eve. i booked through limos com. the price was right the service was terrible. we paid cash the night of and then when i got the credit card bill too. and argue with me that i didnt pay. on top of it because it was newyears i know tip was included in the price we tiped the driver extra money. not knowing they had already charged my card 3 days prior. also on top of it the limo was dirty. it had lipstick stained glasses and the back window tint was peeling. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i hope you find the review before you book wish i had read them before i did.

A 1 star rating is TOO GENEROUS...BEWARE!!!!

Wish I had found these reviews PRIOR to booking the ""limo""...I would've made a more informed choice. My daughter's 21st b-day was coming up, and we wanted to make it a memorable evening. We purchased POISON/MOTLEY CRUE concert tickets for her and went to limos DOT com to research a limo for the event. The site referred me to AECS. John was SO pleasant...he gave me a price of $572 for 8hr useage of a limo, incl. tip, gave me my choice of a black Deville, white Deville or an SUV. The day of the event, up drives a Cadillac STS. A REGULAR CAR!! NOT A LIMO!! The driver called John, who then tells me that I ""knew what I was paying for"", & became very gruff, almost hateful. I explained to him that if I wanted her to ride in a Cadillac, I could've RENTED ONE FOR THE WEEKEND for $250, not pay $572 for someone to drive her 20 minutes down the road!!! My daughter had been so excited to be given the ""royal treatment"" during her event, and was truly disappointed. Thanks, John, for that!!! IN WHAT GALAXY DOES JOHN LIVE, WHERE HE THINKS PEOPLE PAY $572 FOR A RIDE TO A CONCERT??? Well, he may have my $572, but I will have the last word... BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!!!!

Horrible service. They sent an old limousine that almost broke down on the way to the airport. We were quoted $150.00 round trip and my credit card was charged $300.00! I called and spoke to John Brewer and he refused to refund the difference, stating we must have requested additional services or had additional luggage! I even had an email where I was quoted the $150.00 and he refused to even review it. Then he hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Indiana Attorney General. PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR THE OTHER CAR SERVICE COMPANIES. He was so nice in the beginning and once I called to dispute the charge, he would not even listen or review the dispute.

I rented this company for my wedding annerversary. The driver was nice, but the car was dirty! There was dog hair covering the floor. My wife and I both had on black, and needless to say, our pants and coats were covered in white animal hair. I made a comment to the driver and his reply was ""I don't know how that got there!"". The same company picked us up the next day. Instead of picking us up from the front of the facility we stayed at, the driver parked around the corner and we had to walk around the corner with the temperature of 6 degreees! The driver couldn't get the door opened (it was frozen) so we had to stand there while he went back and forth to get the door opened. He finally got it opened and got us home. I will never use this company again.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible service. I spoke to a guy named John. He told me he'd have a car for me and help me out for my sister's birthday. When I called back (just as he told me to) I was told that they no longer had a car. The guy literally hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

I was not rude to John at all. Also, they had pricing listed for $80 on the website and were trying to charge me more after I had already been told that I could get it for 80. They still wanted to charge me $125. Then John said that he could ""help me out"" by getting it for me for $100. This made me think he was being nice and getting me what I needed.

Turned out to be the opposite. He was rude on the phone and they do not treat customers with respect.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
