        a friend referred me to Yard Art. I ordered a sign for hubs 65th b-day. The sign are usually delivered the night prior so they are there when you get up. By 9am, the sign was still not there so I messaged the company and advised the sign was a no show and that I expected a refund. About 20 minutes later, a gal with a sign showed up. My hubs and I watched her install the sign (element of surprise was gone by now). I messaged the company once again and let them know the sign did show up, but it was still late. I messaged them again the next day in case they didn't get my message. I guess I am being ignored, I have yet to get a follow up response. I would expect an acknowledgement of the late delivery and some sort of apology. Maybe $10 off my order would be nice, but instead I've gotten nothing from them. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone as they are not dependable and obviously not professional.
