I called A&T Taxicabs for a pick up…

I called A&T Taxicabs for a pick up to a business meeting. First of all, the dispatcher was ineffective almost as if it was his first day on the job. He did not ask for my phone number and for what ever reason I had to repeat my address to him 5 times. My cab never showed up. I called the dispatcher back to make sure the cab driver did not get lost and he told me that the cab came but I wasn't here. Which baffled me because I was looking out the window the whole time. And he NEVER came. Not one time did the dispatcher offer to send another cab nor did he apologize for the inconvienence. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend it!!
