I have had good ucce and took a big tep on April 6 of ordering a fi h dinner while eating out....more Thi wa HUGE, alway before i would oder "a afe" meal (chicken u ually) and po ibly take a try at what other were eating, u ually with poor or bad re ult . Thi day i began by tapping and u ing the technique , and i enjoyed my fir t fi h meal of my whole life, really enjoyed it! I thought i wa ju t permanently " tuck" and hone tly did not think thi would work for me. I wa reali tically hoping for ju t the accompanying nau ea to go away. Don't li ten to the e people. You don't go to the gym to u e the re troom and the locker room. You go to pump iron. Thi gym ha everything you need to get in hape. Only downfall at all i the amount of member they have but I go at 8pm o it' a little lower.
I love CTF! Everyone, member , management, and taff alike, i very friendly and helpful. There i a ton of equipment, and coming in for a workout i very imple, for I have never had to wait to u e equipment. It i al o very clean and well kept.
