Back in fall of 2011, my friend from Australia ordered tickets online through BigStub who
served as an intermediary for ticket seller Nashville Ticket Company (NTC). BigStub claims that they were unaware that NTC were scammers and said that they will "immediately quit using them". NTC charged my friend's credit card in the amount of $302.50 for a live show in Dallas. My friend was unaware that (NTC) was no longer in business, until we contacted BigStub. I immediately filed a report with Indian Trails crime stoppers and made a report with a helpful detective in Indian Trails about the situation with (NTC) and how their website was still active on the internet and possibly stilling thousands of dollars from innocent people.
I wanted something to be done about this owner of (NTC) and how he was advertising his business on the internet as an active business. The email for (NTC) is email@example.com. I phoned the ower and told him that my friend needed his money back. Mr. Bellew the owner of (formerly known as NTC) left a message on my phone saying “that he will shut off his phone and that Indian Trail detectives are no help to me--that by him filling bankruptcy is not against the law”. I say, IDIOT!-stealing money is against the law! Continuing to advertising a business that is non-existing the internet and charging people’s credit card with that business is against the law! If I took any part in shutting (NTC)
website down as a result of filing Rip-off reports against (NTC), I am SO very glad for taking a stand to stop (NTC) from stealing from more people. Dearest Bellew, by stealing from my Aussie friend, you have angered the wrong person. Question, how does this individual sleep at night in his mansion that is indirectly owned by the very people he stole money from? Rip-Off Reports are being made about (NTC). Bellew, has shamed himself and he has shamed his loved ones.
I will conclude by saying “KARMA”…..it will find him.
DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS, but still have options to buy tickets online. My husband and I ordered tickets in May to go see a play in October for my birthday, and never received our tickets or were notified of any changes. When we had not received our tickets a week before the event, we contacted the company and go no answer. We were called a few days later by another company a week before the play that the Nashville Ticket Company had went bankrupt. So, not only were we out the money for the tickets and the availability to GET any new tickets, we were out the money for a non-refundable hotel room we had booked for the night before the play. I tried all of the phone numbers I could find for the company and email addresses, and never received any answers. I hope this review will prevent anyone else from getting swindled by this company and having a special day/weekend ruined.
I ordered tickets from NTC on April 8, and was told today, after a week of emails &amp; unanswered phone calls, that NTC never received the tickets. The face value of the tickets were $65.00, and I, in a hurry &amp; not paying attention, bought 4 tickets @ $165.00, which totals $660.00. BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $820.20 FOR DELIVERY &amp; FEES. After April 8 I never heard from them. On July 21, I called the concert venue who told me that I had been taken by SCALPERS!!!! Then I made several attempts to call and email. The email address from them on my initial receipt does not exist, and the phone number was not in service. For over a week no one responded until today, July 29, to tell me that they didn't receive the tickets for a concert on AUGUST 7. I contacted the Attorney General's Office to file fraud charges. KATHY @ NTC TOLD ME IT WOULDN'T BE THE 1ST TIME CHARGES FOR FRAUD WERE FILED AGAINST THEM! Any positive reviews are by the employees. THIEVES &amp; CROOKS. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM NTC
Do not use this company. If you are going to see a show on Sunday, and the tickets are scheduled to be delivered on a Monday, that is really not helpful. Found the customer service to be extremely rude, and decided to blame me for their error. Perhaps one of the worst interactions I've ever had dealing with a company.

I placed an order for tickets of &quot; The Blue Man Group&quot; on March 18th, 2011 for the show scheduled on April 19th, 2011. After repeated interactions with the customer service, they have not shipped the tickets as of today April 13th.
I spoke via email to the customer service representative Kayla Bellew and I was told on March 31 2011 by her that the two tickets I booked would be shipped 2 weeks prior to the event on April 19th. On April 5th when I asked if the tickets were shipped, I was told by Kayla that she checked with her rep. and the tickets would be shipped on 5th April.
It is April 13th mopre than 1 week later and my tickets have still not been shipped by nashville Ticket company.
I was told upon calling them for the 10th time as they did not fulfil the promise by kayla that the tickets would ship 2 weeks prior ( I have all the emails saved as evidence) that they made a mistake on my order for the 2 tickets. Somehow they got assigned to 21st April instead of the April 19th that I booked them for. So they asked the issuing company belk theatre to reprint them and send it to them. I think all the above are just plain excuses as they dupe consumers like me.
I also called the belk theatre where the event is held and they have not heard this Nashville ticket company.
When i questioned the customer service ( rep. Adam), I was told all the tickets were bought by them under individual names and resold to us at higher price.
I think the company is a bunch of scalpers/brokers who buy tickets under their individual employees names and than try to make even more money by duping/ NOT SHIPPING the tickets that were bought more than 1 month before the event.
They have all the made up excuses lined up to delay the shipping of tickets and I still do not have the tickets 1 month after I had booked the tickets.
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY !! Buy directly from the seller.
I recently ordered tickets from this company for the Blue Man Group. When I still hadn't received the tickets and the show was approaching, I contacted the company. I was told that the tickets had been oversold and that someone should have contacted me. I was never contacted. The company didn't have any comparable tickets available and did very little to make up for their mistake. Extremely poor customer service! Cassie did not try to make the situation right. Don't waste time or money with this company.
I recently bought tickets to see Rascall Flatts in Charlotte NC and they got me great seats at an excellent price! i liked speaking with Justin he was very helpful and I actually made two more purchases in the past couple of weeks and im looking forward to seeing my concerts in the next couple of weeks.
