Tails and Tangles Pet Grooming offers professional grooming services for all breeds and sizes of both dogs and cats. We are conveniently located at 459 Main Street, Indian Orchard Massachusetts in the Linden Shopping Center (A.K.A. the Save-A-Lot Plaza), just five minutes away from the Eastfield Mall on Boston Road in Springfield MA. Our small and caring staff consists of the two Owners / Lead Pet Stylists, Kelly Reilly and Ashley Leonard, whom have been grooming for ten and seven years respectively, and our Pet Stylist Apprentice Colleen Reilly who has over twenty years of experience in animal care. All Full Service Bath and Full Service Groom Packages for dogs include: nails cut & filed (filing only if dog allows) paw pad shaved (if required) ears cleaned 15 minute pre-bath brush out gland expression deep cleansing bath with two shampoos & moisturizing conditioner (special shampoo & conditioner available upon request) complimentary Blueberry Facial blow dry with our high velocity hand dryers or with our gentle suite circulation dryers final brush out hair cut (breed specific or custom style) cologne spritz (choice of scent) All Full Service Bath and Full Service Groom Packages for cats include: nails cut paw pad shaved (if required) ears cleaned 15 minute pre-bath brush out deep cleansing bath with two shampoos & moisturizing conditioner (special shampoo & conditioner available upon request) complimentary Blueberry Facial blow dry with our high velocity hand dryers or with our gentle suite circulation dryers final brush out hair cut (if wanted) After your pet has been hand dried, they will be transferred into one of our resting suites.
