Some areas of the store are disorganized and I have noticed a few things on the rack that have stains or tears, but overall this is a pretty good place. There are always a ton of people running their legs off there, so I understand if they miss an article of clothing that should not be put out for sale. Sometimes you have to take a while to find the good stuff, but it's a *thrift* store. That's every thrift store I've ever been to. The workers are friendly, they have great holiday sales and there's a $0.49 sale every Saturday on certain-coloured tags.
I would never be ashamed or afraid to use ANYTHING carried in the Tot Shoppe. All the inventory items are nearly new or only "gently used" -- including baby furniture, swings, walkers...and the baby clothes are wonderful, in excellent condition and such a smart way to shop since babies and tots outgrow clothing long before it's worn out. This is bargain shopping for little ones at its best !! Thank you to the owner for keeping her standards high.
I think this store has a lot of nice things. They also have a lot of name brand items. I would much rather pay Thrift World prices then go to the mall and purchase those items at full price! The last time I checked they were working on sizing the clothes to make it easier for the customers! And they have been running sales on colored tags. I was also told by a manager that they are trying to start a senior citizens day! I will go back! :)
