        Call, give model number...

        ...and find out if they have your parts. It's like an auto-parts store, with Hoovers (and others) as the make and model. Has parts in store that large retailers only sell through their websites which make you wait for the part to be shipped.

        DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...

        I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WORKERS ARE RUDE AND UNINFORMED ABOUT WHAT SERVICES THEY DO AND DON'T DO. I WAS TOLD BY DIRT DEVIL THEY WOULD HELP ME...TRUST ME THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL.
