treats customers and mechanics like they are lucky to have them... The dispatch In particular knows nothing of trucks and lies to customers about pricing and times and then yells at mechanics for unrealistic quotes not being met I sat and listened to the dispatch lie to me about my mechanic being on time turns out the mechanic lived an hour away but I was told no more then half hour so on top of that I get a guy yelling at the mechanic for nothing I had no issue with the guy yet they cursed him out for being slow when in my opinion he worked hard and fast for what issues my trailer had and considering his jack was worthless and they have the guy my location wrong which would be crap dispatch that lied to me . The pricing is crazy and you spend 300before they even really do anything and parts marked up crazy .loved the man they sent hated the guy on the phone you cant treat customers and your employees that way . I will use someone else next time in missouri thats for sure.

A lot of places take advantage of poor truck drivers with breakdowns and with that being said i will suggest that you Read the reviews before having work done.

They wont let you get your own parts. They tried to rip me off and quote me 3x the time it would take to complete a job that can be done in an hr. Go elsewhere unless you want to get fleeced.

This guys will tell you they have the lowest hourly rate but you will pay for it in parts and the number of hrs. Every single part they use is marked up by 300%. If you you chose to use them try to get your own parts...if they let you. They only have one main mechanic in the shop so every job takes days longer than it should. The other guys in the shop are there to clean up after the main mechanic who looks very tired. I hope they at least pay him well. My truck was supposed to take 16 hrs but ended up taking 48 hrs. The lady at the front desk is very rude and acts like you are disturbing her when you ask a question. You will not get a straight forward answer on anything, they say we'll get back to you to every question especially regarding how much they are charging per item. If you ask how many hrs are into your truck they say they have to look into it but won't tell you until the end when you realize they are way above,what they quoted and never told you they are going over the estimate says. I don't know how they have stayed in business like this but they definitely have lost one more customer. They are not even a member of BBC so can't really report them except to the Attorney General's Office
