I took my 2000 Yamaha R1 here for some basic maintenance. I took the bike in advance and scheduled an appointment. After dropping off my bike, it was impossible to get a straight answer. I stopped by three times and called twice with the first time being told they simply hadn't gotten to it; the second being told the they had the part and simply need to install it; the third told that they would finally look at it; over the course of 4 weeks. Finally they told me it was leaky carbs and would cost approximately 900-1000 dollars and that I could come pick it up without being charged. They made it pretty clear that they didn't want to do the work. After getting it home with none of the requested work done and not being charged. I discovered that the O-rings were leaky and it's about a 5 dollar part and about 4 hours of labor.
Hopefully, I'm the outlier and these guys can get stuff taken care of. However, I will most definitely not be returning.
