Southeast Idaho Family Practice & Pediatrics

Love this family practice. They’re always so sweet and friendly to me and my kids. I never feel rushed or have to wait very long. They listen to my concerns and can usually get me in pretty quick. The office is always very clean and I love that they have hand sanitizer everywhere.

While my family has previous had only extremely positive interactions at Southeast Idaho Family Practice for many years, we were incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and rude demeanor demonstrated by FNP-C Jon Rozack. He treated us with disbelief, eye rolls, snide comments, and a condescending attitude for a legitimate medical condition for which we sought medical assistance with no potential for abuse nor associated with any form of controlled substance. He even suggested we talk to the office manager and seek treatment elsewhere.

While our overall experience with Southeast Idaho Family Practice has been 5-star including the outstanding Barry Bennett MD, the unprofessional behavior of FNP-C Jon Rozack was so abhorrent a 1-star is currently deserved.
