Bish's RV Super Center - Idaho Falls

Horrible! Treated rudely and with total disrespect! Just went to Bishes to see about trading in our fairly new trailer for an RV - asked the manager if they had any smaller RV types (like 23 feet) and he talked down to me and said the 30 foot miniwinni was the smallest size they make. He then basically ignored me and never got out of his seat, never asked my name, or what I was looking for. I went out on the lot and immediately found a 23 foot motor home. I walked back inside and asked the saleman for help and he said I'm busy. I said "why did this man in the room say you don't have any smaller motor homes and I found one across the street on the lot?" I got your typical rude replies from both sales men and then I said "I

Came I'm here to by an RV and no one wants to help me...whatever." And the gray haired older salesman started mocking me with "whatever, whatever, whatever! Wow,

Way to treat a customer and a lady. Way to not make a sale. And what horribly abusive and sexist treatment. Do all your employees hate women? Or just ones that question your lies and lazy behavior.

I arrived with a broken mirror on the right side of my motorhome. Their parts manager could not locate one as they were all out of stock and required 3 weeks to get one. However, they went out of their way to set me up on the internet so i could search for one on my own. I located one on ebay and had it shipped directly to them. However it was going to be a 4 day wait for the part so they hooked me up on their lot at no charge while we waited for the part. When it arrived there was a difference in the wiring harness. They researched it and found the correct wiring diagram and had it installed quickly and i was back on the road. The people there were extremely courteous and helpful and genuinely interested in our needs. I highly recommend them...

Wow.....They are great at making you feel like they want your business, but once you purchase, forget about customer service! We asked them to please check out our camper and make sure everything worked so we would know what needed to be fixed or replaced and they never did. Also, the camper came with absolutely no keys. No way for us to access any of the storage areas, we had to call a locksmith. We will not be back nor will we recommend them. Oh, and forget about them returning phone calls, never will happen.

These guys are the worst of the worst. When my dad got sick and died while his trailer was being consigned on their lot, they tried to take advantage of my family.



We went to retrieve the trailer they told us we needed to pay them parking (even though it was only parked there so they could sell it for a commission)! The consignment agreement made no mention of the fees. Talk about low lifes.
