I love this carryout cause when your trying to watch your health you can still get a good healthy home cooked meal!! Get your turkey sausage and egg whites in the am and your salmon, baked chicken with greens or broccoli for lunch/dinner.....#winning!Eat good and still stay on your game!!! All fresh food! You won't be disappointed and will be running back for more!

Finally a spot with fantastic food! I go for one thing and always walk out with a bag of sides and two different entrees! The catfish, lump crabcakes,I could go on and on...they definitely have everything! Did I mention the B.L.T.? And home-made desserts. Love it!

Great down home cooking the best catfish in town and the mac n cheese omg. ...and the first soul food delivery in town..must stop bye
