        Dropped my vehicle off to get an alignment and told them it was making a noise in the front end even after purchasing new tires. The service person asked me if i wanted them to repair the noise and i said no just the alignment. She called me nearly three hours later telling me that they found the cause of the noise - a bad wheel bearing and that it would cost $650 parts and labor. I said no thanks I can't afford that repair today. I was then I formed that I owed $100 for the hour that it took the tech to diagnose this problem. I find it hard to believe that any competent mechanic would need an hour to diagnose a bad wheel bearing and to top things off, they cannot perform an alignment until that repair is made. So, I paid $100 for absolutely NOTHING! My stupidity for going to a dealer I guess... I would give zero stars, but that's not an option

        Left car to get Ford RECALL notice repair. Was told the recall repair could not be done because they could not start the car, that it needed a new battery. I explained the car had just been serviced that a.m. at the dealership it was purchased from & questioned this additional repair. In response, I felt verbally attacked from service staff & manager. Humiliated, I left DRIVING the car with nothing repaired at all. Later that week, I DROVE the car to a Ford dealership in Salina - got the RECALL repair, bought a truck & STILL driving the car with the same battery.
