Worst service ever. We procured their services to take Girls Scout troop to Salida, Colorado where we had booked Ski lessons and snow tubing (paid in advance) for two days. First day was fine, but second day due to weather "Chain Law was "in effect but the driver did not bring Chain. As a professional company going into mountains they had to know that Chain might be needed. Third day bus broke down (water hose problem) with smoke coming out from the back and we could not do any activity. We have around 38 Girls Scout 7 to 14 years disappointed (some crying) since we lost two days of activities because of their unprofessional behavior. We lost money that was paid in advance for those activities. Rude drivers and talking on the phone while driving 55 people in the mountain. See pic below.
