        These guys pulled the front bumper off my car when they backed it out and claimed it was my fault because the car was too low. The floor of the garage is lower than the drive and the lip of the drive did catch something on my car. The kid made it worse by backing out too quickly.

        During the argument, they claimed it had happened before with other cars. Well, why didn't they fix the floor? The coworkers said they saw the car was too low when I drove in, so why didn't they say something?

        If they screwup your car, they won't help you.

        The clowns pulled the bumper off my car and said it was my fault. The floor is lower than the outside concrete outside of the building. When the car was backed out, too fast, something caught the lip. They claimed it happens often and that my car was too low. So, they know low cars can catch the lip and they do not check the car before they drive it in and then claimed it was my fault. Also, the two other coworkers claimed they noticed the car was very low before it was pulled into the shop and didn't stop the technician from driving the car into the workspace. They will screw up your car and not do anything.
