        Horrible Customer Service from Manager

        I went to this store a few days ago to make a return and stood in line for a long long time. I happened to notice a manager passing by, by the name of Michael (ironic) so I asked if he could open another register. He went up to the cashier working and just opened up on her in front of everybody to "pick up the pace", very aggressively and very unprofessional. Then I heard him make a call into this earpiece he had attached, He came around where there was roughly 7-8 customers waiting to check out, and started apologizing about the wait. He chit chatted with 2 or 3 people for about 10 minutes,and a new cashier finally arrives. He then walked off. By this time there's about 10-15 customers and only 2 cashiers. The fact that there were this many people in line and only 2 cashiers was a horrible customer service experience . I probably will not return to this location. I have been a loyal customer at michaels for many years and usually have a good experience. I did have a similar experience at your Arlington location a few years back with a snotty staff but every time I'm in there now everybody is polite and helpful.
