Bad service. I went in with an appt at 12:30. As a responsible adult, I got there at 12:15. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room I was told that I was the next person to be called...another30 minutes later, I finally got capled back. I waited another hour before the doctor came in who spent 5 minutes witg me and left telling me she was writing to scripts. 20 minutes later the nurse delivered them. I walked out of the clinic at 3:08, a total of almost 3 hours since arriving. I have always had to wait for my appointments, but never this bad and I am changing doctors after this one. Not one staff even apologized for tge long waits.

I generally always go here. I work part time and I do not have insurance. I am self pay. These folks have always been really good to me. They help me with meds by suggesting mail order, they keep tests to a "only if necessary" minimum and always offer me the least expensive option while still keeping me informed on what will work best or fastest. Sometimes I go with inexpensive, sometimes with fast. But I always know the difference. Yes sometimes you have to wait but in my opinion it's worth waiting for the service I get. Thanks!

I waited till 30 minutes after my scheduled 1:30 pm appointment to ask when I would go in. I was told it should be another hour because they only have one nurse because it's lunch time and they aren't even bringing in walk ins. I had seen people coming in and out. This place will waste your time and lie to you as to why your time has been wasted.
