UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MEAN IT WHEN THEY SAY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THEY BREAK!! On 2/3/16 I went to Ringo’s for a state inspection and left with a broken windshield wiper pump. Instead of telling me about it, they let me pay for the inspection and walk out to my vehicle with WATER POURING OUT OF THE ENGINE. I asked the owner why there was water coming from my engine and he told me HE DIDN’T KNOW. So, he pulled the hood up and acted like I was wasting his time and found it was the windshield wiper pump. I told him it was his responsibility because it wasn’t broken BEFORE I got there, he said it was not and he refused to pay for it. Then we walked into the bay and the young man that inspected my car said that, yes, when he turned on the back windshield wiper, the pump broke and water spilled.
RIngo still refused to pay for the part. Ringo rudely told me that this wasn’t their fault and if I bought the part, he would replace it. Like I would bring a vehicle back there.
