        My sister was locked out of her house by her two year old. A-1 was super fast to respond and was so kind to my sister (a very upset mommy) and he also tried to console the babies as well. A-1 could have charged anything and my sister would have paid it (getting to your children is priceless) but he charged a very reasonable fee and threw in kind words for free. I hope she/we never have to use them again but we know now who to call if the need arise. God Bless A-1 Locksmith.

        I know nothing about locks, and don't even know how to ask proper questions about locks, don't know what information locksmiths need in order to give quality service. But regarding my question to the guy at A-1, I got the response, "you've really got to do a lot better than what you just did if you want any help from me." I said never mind and hung up.

        Quick response and professional service

        I live 30 minutes away from Huntsville and there are no locksmiths locally. I got locked out of the house and called A-1 while they were in the middle of another job. It took them less than an hour to finish that job and drive the 30 minutes out to my house. The locksmith was very kind and professional and even cut me another key right there in my drive way after he opened the house door. Hopefully I won't need their services again any time soon, but if I do I'll be calling A-1 first!
