Sears

Prompt, courteous, efficient service and serviceman. I was well pleased. Each time I petition for a service call, I get excellent service.

It is the same every time with Sears it takes weeks to get someone to show up then they don't have any parts always have to order so it takes another 3 weeks and then it may or may not work correctly. I will never buy anything from sears again.

Came the same week my washer broke down and ordered the parts needed. Both repairmen were very professional. Two thumbs up!

First phone call a repairman was scheduled but never got a call. Called again over a week later and he was able to come 7 days later - that was not good. However, the repairman himself wa excellent.
