        My sister has been a resident for more than 10 years. They do a good job with maintenance and the staff is friendly and helpful.

        Power has not been out three days. May 13-15 2020. People with insulin, oxygen life alerts - all sitting alone in their apartment. My sister resides here and I moved her refrigerated items to my house to save her groceries. As I was doing this other residents were awaiting the one elevator powered by the generator to traverse the 12 floors to leave with family. Electrical company has been there all three days but this same issue happened last summer also.
