North Alabama Technical Services does fantastic work -- Jim brought my computer back from the dead twice and got me up and running again. Very professional. I highly recommend.

North Alabama Technical Services has made my short list of reliable services I use to keep my business up and running! I am a realtor and depend on my computers every minute of the day (and night). When one goes down, I get a sickening feeling that only worsens when I get through with some technician in a support request who wind up wasting my time. EVERY time I have called Jim Ferrell (North Alabama Technical Services) he has been thereand fixed whatever problem I had in quick time. There is no doubt in my mind that he knows his business. He goes out of his way to remedy the problem and have me up and running again with minimal delay! Even if he has to o fetch a part in the freezing cold, he'll do it without a second thought. He is truely "customer-oriented" and sincerely cares about what he's doing. These attributes make him a very important person in my life and I have no problems passing him along to my associates. My house was struck by lightening back in early November when a storm passed through the area. I lost a lot of equipment - TVs, DVD players, DirecTV receivers, phone and home alarm system, Heat/AC units, and my desktop computer. Jim helped me find out what was wrong with my computer (hard drive fried) and immediately went to work to get my parts ordered for my replacement. This was the first of all the items to be repaired and back in working order. Jim and the group at NATS were very concise (and patient) in the information provided to make sure the communication went well with the insurance company. I would recommend NATS to anyone who is tired of being taken advantage of when situations like this happen. They are very reasonable with prices, and get the job done quickly and very effectively. Sprawled on top of my desk in a fetal position, we called Jim Farrell with North Alabama Technical Services because our printer kept vacating the network. Most of the time, my eyes glaze over talking to computer gurus who who tell me how stupid I am because I didn't know the dooey-thing and the thingamajig must interface in order to boil water. NATS calmed me down, fixed the problem, explained it to me in English and even calls and e-mails us to see how the system is running. Follow up. There's a great idea for an IT company to embrace.

I work for a small business where I often have to be the IT department, even when I don't know what I am doing. I didn't. Jim at North Alabama Technical Services corrected what I had "fixed." I first called another company for help. They charged me more and didn't fix the problem. Jim came the day I called and got us back up and working, all for a reasonable price. He even called back the next day to be sure everything was still working right. You can't beat NATS for fast, friendly service and superior customer service!

I am clumsy, tripped with my ASUS netbook and crashed my screen on my 7 inch netbook. All I had to do is call North Alabama Technical Services and Jim was right on it. Now my netbook computer is working great. Its as if the whole horrible crash had never happened. I will not hesitate to call NATS for any of my computer needs.
