Knology/Wow

They get 0 stars. Worse cable company ever. Already high and got the nerve to keep raising their prices. I'm in the process of leaving. Went to pay my already high bill and it had went up $40 again. They are always going up. Stayed with them this long because I was too lazy to make changes. This time bye. Bye. Fed up.
They had the nerve to not let me get out of program without giving them a star. They don't deserve one.

Recording put me on hold, 23 minutes later I hung up as no one ever came to phone.

Deceptive business practices and bait and switch rates, long waits for installation, horrible customer service. Knology so thoroughly trashed their reputation they had to change their name. Don't be fooled. They're even worse as WOW.

Lady named Carmilita that works at Knology was extremely rude to me on the phone today. I would not recommend with this type of treatment from their customer service dept.

The rates are kind of high, the only reason i chose them is because they are the only cable company to serve the Arsenal
