Diehl Automotive Specialist

I am new to Diehl. I just purchased an old 2004 Nissan Frontier. It is in good shape, but had 134k miles and I travel a Lot. I had read the good reviews online, so I decided to try. I was upfront that 1). I am not mechanical and 2). I am not loaded with money. After doing a large amount of preventive maintenance at my request (timing belt, water pump, tensioner, 3 seals, thermostat, antifreeze)...I also listed several other things that costs hundreds that I wanted done if needed, and I was assured they were almost like new and to not waste the money. This is the kind of service I appreciate. I expect good work to cost a little more than someone else's sloppy work, but it is also very nice to get honesty. I cannot more highly recommend these folks and plan to do much more business in the future. They repaired the truck in faster than the scheduled time & when I have had follow up questions they were super helpful and even looked at something else, putting it on the rack for free.

I have lived in Huntsville for over 30 years and I wish I had found this shop much earlier! We've been using Diehl for about 5 years now for our Camry, Tercel, and Truck ... all Toyotas. They have been very knowledgeable about the oddities associated with Toyota vehicles and go above and beyond to ensure that the job not only gets done, but it gets done right. Ms. Dudley will always greet you with a warm heart that sees that you are treated with the upmost respect. Mr Donnie Knighten and a mechanic named Paul are the only two other employees with whom I have interacted. I have enjoyed talking technical with Paul, who always gives me all the details I want to know about how things work. Their prices are a bit higher than other automotive shops in the area, but are usually slightly cheaper than the dealership. Turnaround time is usually one day on most jobs. Just call to make an appointment first.



So far, they have done the following for us:

1. Replaced clutch

2. Changed all 12 quarts of transmission fluid (they have a special machine for this) & differential

3. Changes belts and timing belt

4. Replaced alternator

5. Complete tune-ups



I only recommend Diehl these days to friends and family who own a Toyota.
