CVS Pharmacy

Family have used CVS for a decade - until now. We were warned this CVS pharmacy was bad - and they proved it themselves. Horrible service. The presccriptions are always delayed - even when we receive calls saying our prescriptions are ready - they are not - and the staff wow. CVS company really really needs to send coorporate company people to evaluate what the crap is going on at this store/pharmacy. In my profession I have heard many complain about this one store/pharmacy. We gave the benefit of the doubt - but they failed. We were patient w the first 3 to 4 screw ups - but then it became exasperating - especially when you are very sick and cant get the medications prescribed and you encounter rude and excuse-blaming staff. That should never happen - dont work there if you cant take responsibility of your own short comings. CVS - this is not the norm - this store/pharmacy needs an over-hall!
