Customize Auto Detail & Window Tinting

Went here to get my windows tinted, thought of turning around and going elsewhere upon seeing the business and personnel. Figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm one to keep an eye on my cars if someone else is working on them, as I show them and this one was new and an $85,000.00 car. BIG MISTAKE!!! I stood outside the shop behind my car where I could see it, clearly and first noticed the owner, I think, was going to start the tinting process while smoking a cigar and wearing a carpenters tool belt with a metal loop in which to hold a hammer. So, I walked to him asked him to make sure that he not let it make contact with the car and to not get in the car with the cigar, he said " it's good, we've done cars more expensive than yours". Long story short, stay away from this business! Does not respect customers property! Very poor quality work! Took it straight to someone else, stripped off the tint film and paid to it have redone. Deserves zero stars!!!!!!

They do not even deserve the one star!!! Very unprofessional!!! Does not stand behind his work!!! Your receipt may say 7 day warranty but he DOES NOT stand behind it! He blames the costumer not his work!!

Most unprofessional business that I have ever encountered. I waited 20 mins just to get a quote. I eventually called the number on front of the building. The owner than proceeded to tell me to "get the fu@k out his shop" and so on. I told him I don't want your business and hung up. This idiot called me back 3 times! I told him why are you calling me? I already told you I don't want your business. Horrible business very unprofessional. I would not go there if it was free enter at your own risk. I gave it one star because I can't give it zero stars.

Came in to get my Acura TL detailed on 1/22/15. The agent promised me one day service only to be told I would have to get my car the next day. I told him I was not happy but would leave my car. The agent was beligerant and had a poor attitude and very unprofessional. We left the facility only to get a call a few minutes later telling us we hit a car on his lot. The agent was screaming at me on the phone and said we damaged the car. He then said we needed to come back and get my car and reschedule another time . I asked for a refund as I was using a gift card. He refused to give me my money back of $125. We came back and got my car only to be screamed at again by this agent. He said he was going to file a police report for the damage. The so called "damaged car" was no where in site. The agent removed it from the lot so we could not see it. We said we would wait for the police and the agent said he did not have time to report it now. I told the agent I was filing a report with the BBB. Stay away from this shop. BBB has them on alert!!!! They need to fire this agent!!! No one should be treated as badly as they treated me. This rating forced me to give them a star. They deserve a RED WARNING FLAG instead.

I got my windows tinted about a month ago and I haven't had any problems with it. It was done clean, couldn't see any dirt or gaps. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The prices was affordable and I was not kept waiting. The staff was friendly and professional. I would refer a friend.

If I could have put less than a star I would have!! This place is TERRIBLE!! They messed up my car and wouldn't fix it!! What they could fix I can't take back because the owner is SCARY!! He is threatening and non cooperative! DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR HERE!!!!!
