Several years ago I would have rated it top knotch, but when it expanded they evidently got to big too fast. When someone is ill enough to be on oxygen, you have to rely on the equipment to be accurate. Over the last year every time

we found something to be wrong we would get a "new" machine {several hours on it} If you dont have a personal pulse ox to gage then i would not use them.
