We were visiting from out-of-town, loved Sarka Kauffmann's selection, and purchased a ring there as a special gift to our daughter. We gave to her as a birthday gift months after making the purchase; unfortunately, she didn't like it as much as we thought she would. I was less than hopeful that the staff would help us after so much time had passed. To my surprise, Tom Sarka was tremendously helpful and went to the trouble of helping us exchange the ring for something our daughter liked. A wonderful example of "commitment to customer"! Thank you!
